The Orthodox Union certifies Fairway Tikka Masala spice blend as an OU D – Dairy product. This product contains dairy ingredients as indicated on the ingredient panel. Some labels were printed with a plain OU, without the D – Dairy designation. Corrective actions have been implemented.
