Franquicias Kosher de Panama S.A. is advertising kosher fried chicken under the TIBI Gourmet label, bearing an unauthorized OK kosher symbol on the packaging. OK Kosher Certification does not certify this product. Corrective action is being taken. Please be advised that Woodpecker brand Toffee Covered Pretzels, Yogurt Covered Pretzels and Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels were mistakenly labeled with the OK kosher symbol and not the OK-D kosher symbol. These products contain dairy ingredients as stipulated in the ingredient and allergen panels. These products are DAIRY. Corrective action has been taken. Please be advised that Calson Industries Inc. of Kent, WA, USA is distributing Mr. C’s Strawberry Daiquiri and Margarita Mix bearing an UNAUTHORIZED OK Kosher Certifiication kosher symbol (OK) on the packaging. OK has no information as to the kashrus of this product. Corrective action is being taken. Please be advised that A limited amount of the following product of the Brand Walla Salads owned by Tri State Salads Brooklyn, NY is being recalled due to an ingredient bearing kosher certification which was subsequently found to be unauthorized: Babaganush with expiration date up to 11/30/15. Corrective action has been taken. Please be advised that SNACK IT FORWARD 60080 Center Drive Los Angeles, CA is using UNAUTHORIZED OK KOSHER SYMBOL. Snack It Forward is distributing Sunkist Trail Mix and Sunkist Fruit Chips bearing an unauthorized OK Kosher symbol on the packaging. Corrective action is being taken. Please be advised that Valley Fresh IQF Whole Blackberries bears an unauthorized OK kosher symbol on the packaging. This is a product of Chile and distributd by Honor Foods. OK Kosher Certification has no information as to the kashrus of this product. Corrective action is being taken. Please be advised that Squish Candies and Bonbon Squish are displaying the OK Kosher Certification kashrus symbol on their website and selling various candies in their stores bearing the OK kosher symbol , without the permission of the OK. Squish Candies are not certified by OK Kosher Certification. OK Kosher has no information as to the kashrus of these products. Corrective action is being taken. Please be advised that It has come to our attention that Pide Bread, manufactured by Rostan Bakery on or before October 12, 2015, mistakenly contained a dairy ingredient. The amount of dairy contained is in a ratio of less than 1/60. Corrective measures have been taken.
