French Kimchi? Seems odd don't it? Though Daikon Radish would be the normal radish of choice in a kimchi, Our Kimchi Francois is made using French Breakfast Radishes. In place of Cabbage we use the greens from the radishes. Both are brined and slathered with a paste of onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Nutritious and delicious.
