This may well be the most addictive legal substance known to mankind. A chilli sauce with no junk, or thickeners. We wild ferment all Australian chillies, garlic, salt and sugar for a number of weeks to develop both flavour and beneficial bacteria to nourish the gut. The sugar is eaten away through the fermentation process. We then blend with raw, apple cider vinegar for a spicy, tangy chilli sauce to add to anything that is socially acceptable, and a few things that aren't.
