Hospital Meals

Kosher meals supplied by HKMS (Hospital Kosher Meals Service) under KLBD supervision are available in all NHS hospitals and nursing homes within the M25. Patients should request kosher meals from the ward and these should be in stock. If there are any problems, HKMS can be contacted directly on their 24/6 number 020 8075 1270 or email [email protected]. Patients admitted to hospitals in the private sector should speak to the Catering Manager, who should be able to provide kosher meals. If meals are not available please contact HKMS. During Pesach, hospitals have Kosher l'Pesach meals in stock, which are clearly marked 'Kosher For Passover'. In the case of a query, in the first instance contact the Catering Manager of the hospital. For further assistance, contact the HKMS helpline 020 8075 1270.
