The Orthodox Union does not certify Bustan NY, a NYC restaurant. Bustan's use of the OU mark on some Bustan menus is unauthorized. Bustan statements that may indicate that meats served in Bustan comply with Orthodox Union kosher certification standards for restaurants are also unauthorized by the Orthodox Union. Corrective actions are being implemented.
