Since, for additional safety and improvement, the bakery now only produces all kosher bread in equipment, tables, etc. (and a special person in charge) that are expensively purchased for this purpose, there will no longer be kosher bread all year round - unless you order in advance and in quantities that make it worthwhile for the bakery to specially set up the equipment, etc. for this purpose. Most types of bread are now also either marked with a "K" (for kosher), or have a special cut(s) made for kosher. See also composition for the newly permitted Ruchbrot. However, in the seasons from 1 July to 15 September and from 15 December to 15 January, kosher bread will be available by default. At least for now, the special kosher display case is set up in the shop sales for summer only. See also the notice in the shop with pictures and current types of bread etc.
As there are usually several people there during the sports holidays and before Passover, it will certainly be possible to order kosher bread then too - but, as mentioned, this must be agreed with the bakery beforehand.
The sweet Cookies (Laromme etc) are not under control / responsibility of the IGfKL (Swiss Kashrush board!
