2 NOVEMBER 2021 - 27 CHESHVAN 5772 Dear Community Member, We have been hard at work to find easier and more effective ways to keep the highest standard of Kosher possible in line with global Kosher standards. One way in which we have done that is through developing a Kosher Vegetable Checking Kit. This will allow "the user" to check and use a wider variety of fresh produce and checking can even be done in bulk. After months of development, the kit is available to the community! Some of our food services are already using it. We would love to invite the first 30 people to get the kit and provide us with your invaluable feedback. After a few months of use, we will send out a survey and would greatly appreciate your participation. This kit consists of the following: The above kit is sold at R2 850 (this amount only covers the production cost and we make no profit on the sale of these kits). There are also some additional items that we have sourced, to assist you with the checking of vegetables, which can be ordered separately.
