Unauthorized OU Gordon Choice Fruit Cocktail in Extra Light Syrup (UPC# 093901225306) and Gordon Choice Fruit Cocktail in Pear Juice (UPC# 093901610232) mistakenly bears an OU symbol on the cardboard cases, but not on the individual can labels. The product contains carmine as listed in the ingredient panel. Corrective actions have been implemented. Please note, that the OU does certify a similar product Gordon Choice Mixed Fruit in Light Syrup (UPC#093901118264) and Mixed Fruit in Pear Juice (UPC #093901610348) which correctly bears an OU symbol.
