The Orthodox Union certifies certain ‘La Monegasque’ brand anchovy products. A new product, Rolled Anchovies in Hot Sauce is not certified and bears an unauthorized OU. This product is sold in Europe (and possibly elsewhere) and it is packaged in a French language label that bears an unauthorized OU. Corrective actions are being implemented.
