2 SEPTEMBER 2020 - 13 ELUL 5780 Dear Community Member In order to keep the community informed, please see the below list of recent and relevant Kosher alerts as well as other Kosher information. New Kosher Products The following 32GI products are now kosher certified, parev mehadrin, and require a BD logo. The following Beacon products are now kosher certified, dairy, and require a BD logo. The following Dynastea Sugar Free Iced Tea Cordials are now kosher certified, parev mehadrin, with or without a BD logo. The following Dynastea Syrups are now kosher certified, parev mehadrin, with or without a BD logo. The following Fairview Double Cream Drinking Yoghurts are kosher certified, dairy and require a BD logo. Fairview Dairy Free Cheddar Flavoured Cheese is now kosher certified, parev and requires a BD logo. The following Montague Flavoured Peanuts are now kosher certified, parev and requires a BD logo. The following PNP Double cream Yoghurts are kosher certified, dairy and require a BD logo. The following PNP Baker's Promise wraps are now kosher certified, parev and requires a BD logo. The following PNP Coffee Capsules are now kosher certified, parev and requires a BD logo. Tofu, Plain and Smoked, produced by Earth Products is re-certified kosher and parev mehadrin, with or without the BD logo. Woolworths Hot Smoked Salmon with Honey, Sesame & Soy is now kosher certified, parev and requires a BD logo. Kosher Alerts Summary Coach House products are no longer kosher certified, current stock on shelves is ok to use. Choc O Break Magic and Romany Cream Mint are no longer kosher certified, and should not be used. Fresh Earth Cheese flavour Gluten Free Seed Crackers, erroneously bears a kosher logo, this product is unfortunately not kosher certified. Gaby's Japanese mix is no longer kosher certified. Nola Sandwich Cream mayonnaise and Slim Reduced Oil Salad Dressing are kosher dairy, with or without a BD logo. Some of the labelling errors highlighted above do occur from time to time as manufacturers are constantly developing new products or packaging. Unfortunately due to tight deadlines or honest mistakes they occasionally print their labels before checking with us. When we are made aware of such errors, we bring it to the manufacturers' attention in order to make the necessary corrections and we notify the community immediately.
