No Longer Certified The Orthodox Union no longer certifies Saltworks wine-flavored salts. Some of the Fusion Vintage Merlot salt may inadvertently have the OU symbol on the label. Fusion Vintage Merlot salt produced after 2019 should be considered nonkosher. These salts have been discontinued and are being withdrawn from the marketplace.
