Unauthorized OU While the Orthodox Union certifies several McClure's Bakery pastry products. The Orthodox Union does not certify the Butter & Egg Dinner Roll and the Cheese Bread. Some of these bread labels bear an unauthorized OU mark. Corrective actions are being implemented.
