Unauthorized Sticker with OU Symbol The Orthodox Union certifies Dr. Pepper cans only when the OU Symbol is embossed on the top of the can. An Israeli importer placed stickers with an unauthorized OU Symbol on cans of Dr. Pepper that are not certified by the Orthodox Union. Consumers should not rely on importers' stickers with an OU Symbol without independently verifying that the product is certified by the Orthodox Union. Corrective actions are being implemented.
